WARRANTY TERMS

At Origin Mirrors, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and components. This warranty outlines the terms under which we provide support for our products.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Origin Mirrors provides a warranty of up to 5 years (60 months) from the date of purchase against defects in materials, components, or manufacturing

  • A product will be considered defective if it fails to function as intended under normal usage conditions, as per product specifications or documentation

  • Warranty applies only when the product’s serial number matches our records

2. Usage Conditions

  • This warranty is based on standard usage of up to 12 hours per day

  • If usage exceeds this duration, warranty coverage may be limited to a maximum of 30,000 operating hours or 5 years, whichever comes first

  • For residential (non-commercial) use, full warranty applies

  • For commercial use, warranty duration is limited to 2 years

3. What We Will Do

If a valid defect is identified within the warranty period, Origin Mirrors will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective component, or

  • Replace the defective part, or

  • Replace the product with a similar or equivalent model

In case of structural damage caused by termites or similar conditions affecting material integrity (where applicable), replacement may be provided for the affected parts.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To enable service support, customers must:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the installed product

  • Ensure availability of power supply for testing (if applicable)

  • Remove or relocate any obstacles that may hinder service access

Failure to provide access may delay or void warranty service.

5. Installation & Handling Requirements

  • Products must be installed, used, and maintained according to Origin Mirrors guidelines

  • Improper installation or deviation from recommended usage may void the warranty

6. Geographic Applicability

  • Warranty services are valid within the state mentioned in the purchase invoice

  • For service requests outside the original state, additional charges may apply

7. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

a) Damage due to misuse or external factors

  • Incorrect installation, configuration, or handling

  • Power surges, voltage fluctuations, or faulty electrical supply

  • Environmental factors such as extreme weather conditions

b) Unauthorized modifications

  • Repairs, alterations, or tampering by unauthorized persons

  • Use of third-party components not approved by Origin Mirrors

c) Identification issues

  • Products with damaged, altered, or missing serial numbers

d) Physical & cosmetic damage

  • Scratches, breakage, or damage due to impact

  • Glass damage (as glass is a fragile component and not covered under warranty)

  • Surface wear due to abrasive cleaning materials

  • Natural aging effects such as minor discoloration or finish variation

e) Indirect losses

  • Any loss of income, business interruption, or consequential damages

  • Costs related to installation, removal, transportation, or downtime

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Origin Mirrors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product.

9. Important Notes

  • Warranty is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective parts

  • Warranty does not imply replacement of the entire product unless deemed necessary

  • Any claims must be supported with proof of purchase
